Westgate-on-Sea has a quieter, more considered pace than its neighbouring towns. Often referred to as ‘Mayfair by the Sea’, it is characterised by wide, tree-lined streets, handsome Victorian architecture and a strong sense of community.

The canopied high street is a short walk away and offers a mix of independent cafés, restaurants and everyday amenities. St Mildred’s Bay is within easy reach, while neighbouring Margate provides a broader cultural offering, including galleries, restaurants and Dreamland.

Westgate station is approximately 0.3 miles away, with services to London Victoria, while nearby Thanet Parkway offers high-speed connections to London St Pancras in around 70 minutes.
